Working or loving 50's fashion?

One friend of mine had to do this very meticulous job. Those kind of tasks that enslave, but at the end of the day give you some experience hard to find somewhere else.  This was a precise documentation job that will sustent one her tutor's projects. She had to take photos of articles, write down dates, pages, etc. from an old venezuelan magazine, called Revista Élite.

Meanwhile she was taking photos, she couldn't stop thinking how good she might look in
one (or many) of the oufits that were exposed in that magazine. Luckily for her not only did they show the ultimate looks, but also patterns of trousers, jackets, dresses. This belonged to a column named "Nuestro patrón semanal", and so they presented fashion drawing figures in different posses related to the look.

As you probably have noticed these patterns belonged to the 50's, according to my friend they might be from 1952.

Now i get why she spent so much time in that Library and sent me texts asking me if I had started sewing...

Eventhough I haven't sewed in months, you might want to download one of those and give it a try.
